Friday Workout 9/30

Lower arms still a bit sore.

1 Arm Dumbbell Rows - 60x20 110x15 170x10 140x12
Used regular grip olympic dumbbell. This works the grip pretty good.

Did some seated presses, then fooled with the Trainer and the Titan's.

Great album, without this I'd have a hard time getting started at 5AM to do this crap.
