Shrugs w/ Apollon's Axle - OVERHAND GRIP - 85% day - 215x3, 283x5, 363-4sets of 5. Rested 2-3 minutes between sets. Traps feel pretty good. Hands were cramping after this.

Left - 9 sets of 2 - attempts. Close but no fucking cigar. I may roll the PDA Blobette out and do a circa max cycle to refine the groove.
Right - 9 doubles - full deadlifts.
