Trap Bar Deadlifts - 3x20+
Shrugs w/ Apollon's Axle - Overhand Grip - 213x10, 303x3, 353x3, 423x5 limit, 373x6 - Good bump over last month. Will redo percentages again. Do not use a mixed grip on these if you are interested in developing hand strength. It will be rough at first with a 2" diameter SMOOTH bar, but persistence will payoff.

Left Hand - 10 sets of 2 deadlift attempts - air on most.
Right Hand - 10 sets of 2 - struggle at beginning, last half of sets finally full deadlifts.
At first this fuking thing did not want to leave the floor.
