Thurs - 5/11

Bagged yesterday, felt like shit.

Lower back ab circuit
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 6 sets 10 reps, increase weight each set.
Seated Hammer Curls with 2.5" DB's - 3x10 - 50lbs.
Hands were fried. The 2.5" diameter is brutal and humbling.
1/2 York 80 - piddled with it for about 10 minutes. After the thick bar, it was an effort.
