Tues Workout - 5/16

Lower Back ab circuit
2.5" Hammer DB Curls - 3x6-7
1/2 York 80 - Did 12 sets of 2-3 reps w/ whole and and last 3 fingers
Worked in levering ax fron and back in between .

Fairly solid workout. Still sore from the weekend. Going to buy 4 more 10's this week for dumbbells.
