Inverted Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - feet elevated - 45lbs on chest - 5 sets. Pile of reps
1/2 York 80 - 3 sets 5 reps - tough at first. Finish with full deadlifts
Left - 1/2 York 80 - worked up to 15lbs in platmates. Concentrated on busting from floor.
Right - PDA Blobette - worked up to 3.75 lbs of Platemates - samea as above. Weighed blobette - 48.5
lbs.
12 lb sledge - lever to rear - sloppy but worked up to 5lbs in platemates.
