Sunday Workout 7/16

Lower Back / Abs. Abs alse in between most sets.
Upright Row w / Apollon's Axle - 123x20 143 - 5 sets of 20. Fast pace. Just a few gulps of air in between sets.
Seated FAT DB Hammer Curls (2.5") - 82.5lbs - 5 each, 83.75 - 4 each.
16 lb Lever to front (arm hanging at side, move wrist) - 3 sets various choked positions.
10lb to from - 15 reps
16lb to rear - same as above
10lb to rear - 15reps

Fooled with a few light gripper closes left.

PDA Blobette - 7 holds left, 7 fast full deadlifts right.

Stopped. Arms completely wiped.
