Sunday Workout 7/23

Lower Back/Abs + abs in between sets

Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle - 123x20, 148-4sets of 20 153x20 - FAST pace.
Seated DB Hammer Curls - 2.5" handle - 87.5x4 each 85x4each
Arms are wiped at this point

Front Lever (arm at side, lever wrist up) - ax 10 reps
10 lb sledge x10, +5/8lb platemate 10lb sledge x10
Rear Lever - same as above.

Left Hand Blobette - 4 neg hold singles at 43.0lbs, single +5lbs, single +8.125
Right - 8 fast singles, then neg hold w/ +10lbs, +12.5lbs

Called it quits.
