Sunday Workout 7/9

Lower Back/Abs - Continued abs during workout.
Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle - 123-2x20 213x16 173x20 173x20
Seated DB Hammer Curls - 2.5"handle - 76.25x8each, 75x2each, 75x2each - 45 second rest between sets.
I am using the Olympic Husky Handle™ Dumbbell Bars, I added a layer of PVC pipe to get thickness to 2.5". These things are 22 inches long, the length make them difficult to control, BUT, it is paying off.
Lower arms are hosed at this point.
Levering
10LB sledge - 1 set x12 to front
1 setx12 to rear.

Left Hand Grippers
Trainerxovercrush, #1 xovercrush, shiny #2 x overcrush, PDA 280xovercrush
Left Hand Blobette negatives, 43lbs, 45.5lbs, 46.125lbs (used platemates). Solid holds at top. Hand fried from all other stuff.
Right Hand PDA Blobbette - 43lbs - 3 singles, then fast singles with 45.5, 46.125

Stopped. The thickbar is intense. Don't want to go over the deep end.
