Blobette work - 43.0lbs base weight.
Left - 6 negative/holds - finished with +7.5lbs of platemates
Right - Full deadlifts, worked up to +5lbs, did a few holds with +7.5lbs added.
The thick barbell/db work destroys the lower arm.
The PDA blobette is more difficult to pull than the Blob50. The little fuker has a mind of its own.
Still in the middle of a heat wave here. Makes everything feel a bit heavier. ;)
