Saturday - 3/5
Updates have been few and far between. Busy with work and some other things. Still gripping and hammering away at chins and dips. Screwedup elbow and shoulder are much less screwed up.
It is still thrilling to see that the sport of grip has the same level of insanity as the day I joined our beloved grip forum in 2003. It has just moved over to the IronMind Forum. ;) It is wonderful to see our favorite "retired" football coach still advancing his incoherent missives.
On a serious note, it is amazing to see the strength progression of what used to be fantasy land 8 years ago to the new normal. The "grip nuts" are finally outnumbering the "grip fruits".
