Weekend - 9/26 - 9/27

Same workout both days. Hitting high numbers of dips and chins before workout. Saturday
worked in 5 foot 5/8 inch chains around neck.

Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching with chain.
Left - Grippers - wide set (1.5 inches to 1.75 inches)
Levering
Titan's Telegraph w/ thumb and last 2 fingers.
Tore right thumb Sunday.

We've found that trying to smoosh down to the parallel set, leaves a tiny margin of error, that is enough to miss the squeeze.

As we predicted months ago, it looks like JBK will be selling his DVD through the Fictional group. Something else we won't buy. ;)

All Week

Did not miss any workouts, too fucking bust at work to concentrate.

It's interesting to read some of the advancements of levering and "Weavering" on our beloved grip forum. It's about time that stale tales of "strongman" lore are moving out of the parlor trick realm to the next level where the competitors will set the bar. Fuck the "Old-Timers". ;)

Lower arms sore. "Slow" to wake up.

Right - Plate pinching. Emphasizing overcrush at top. Tore fuking thumb.
Left - Grippers - wide set. Ran out of gas fast.

Saturday - 9/12

Hit grip every day this week except for Friday.

Many chins/dips. Draped 2  5 foot 5/8" chains around neck for both movements.

Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching. Have been working in overcrushes at top of movement the past couple of weeks. Along with the Titan's (thumb and last 2 fingers only) have noticed a big improvement. Just need to coddle front delt tweak.

Left - Grippers - wide sets. Staying in 4 to 6 rep range.
Levering
Titan's Telegraph - thumb and last 2 fingers. Control and deliberate-ness is key here.

Saturday - 9/5

Went light last Tuesday and Thursday on pinch. Maintained grippers at wide closes. Just too fucking tired to post.
