Reverse curls with EZ curlc bar - heavy - semiloose form - 6x10
Grip training
Piddled around. Sore from yesterday and reverse curls wiped out grip.

Good to see Timmy banned from our beloved forum, now if we can only go a week
without being reminded of TheBigLieOriginalFatmanYorkBlob. ;)

OK - We take a few days off and what happens to our beloved Grip Forum?
The charlatan of grip - Timmy/Samuel/Steels/Colon Cleanse is a member again and
true to form he is posting videos of #4 closer Dave M as is own.

The legend of grip has stated that regular blobs are 65% as hard has the thebiglieFatMan Blob
(pedantic nonsense that one is 65 points the other 100) yet his star pupil can only manage an additional 10 pounds on either blob. We blame the public school system for this horrendous math error.

It's sad, many grip newbies got their start from Brookfield's "Mastery of Hand Strength". We, like most, were left with a sense of awe due to his treatment of this "legend", now all we have is someone trying to stay relevant by discounting others far greater achievements.

The grip-world is a fucking disgrace. ;)

Operational Pause and Blob Lunacy

We are smoking and drinking in parts unknown. The rain was to much of a drag to stay home.

Good to see "legends" continue to demean those unlucky to have a legengary fat man blob.

All blobs vary abit. The one you work with all the time is going to feel different than a strange one. But with time and work the strange one will become familiar. We think that this is the case with the "bigliefatmanblob". We will begin to see that as the bigliefatmanblob receives more attempts, it will just become another blob.

We will stand be past statements - If you are dominating a Blob/Blob50, you are doing fine. Ignore the noise.

We'll make do with just dominating "The Peoples" Blob50 with small hands. ;)

Picked up a new 3 pack of leather Wolverine work gloves at Sams's, size medium.
It is like they are coated with wax.
