So now the dust has settled on "The Beast" IM thread and we are at the post warm shower rubdown. The grip fruits have now accepted the continually evolving explanations of what a "squat" is.
We are beginning to wonder if that #4 gripper was really closed so many years ago. It reminds us of the quote from the ancient "Inside Powerlifting" book where Terry Todd laments on why Ron Collins just does not retire and lie about what he used to lift like the rest of the old timers. OLD SCHOOL!!!

"THE BEAST"
Who else has been following the incoherent 30+ page Kinney is a Beast Thread?
This is a wreck that TRAINS stop to watch. One of the "legends" gets called on an outlandish claim of squatting 440 pounds 60 times, and the guy doing the calling is dragged through the mud.
Frankly we expected more of this "legend" beyond ad hominem attacks through a third party, but being in grip for a LONG time, we find this as no surprise.
Sit back and enjoy, for we have found a true inter-net cess pool.
HOPA!

Woo Hoo!
Our favorite "retired" NFL coach , true to form, just managed to alienate all on the IM forum. Someone questioned JKinney's 440x60 squat set. Mayhem and incoherent name calling ensues. Looks like DVD sales are going to fall apart like a cheap Hong Kong suit. ;)
