Thursday Workout - 2/02

Lower Back and Ab circuit
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 5 sets of 6. Set record weight on last set.
Inverted Rows - feet elevated - 50lbs on chest - 5 sets - fast pace
The thick bar stuff wipes out the whole "grip chain".
1/2 York 80 - 2 sets of 2 full deadlifts.
Blob50 - Left - 3 singles - index tap - hold at top.
Blob50 - Right - 3 singles.
Towel Rollups - 2 doubled towels + 1 hand towel - 3 laps.

Bodyweight still dropping. Strength holding up.
