Tuesday Workout 3/28

Woke up with sore back. Weather change
Lowerback Ab Circuit
GRIP
1/2 York 80 - 3 setsx5 full deadlifts
Left - 1/2 York 80 - worked up over 4 sets to 12.5lbs. Concentrated on getting air and moving it.
Right - Blobetter - worked up to 2.5lbs. Felt solid.
Titan's Telegraph - one hand - fingers on top. 50reps
Towel Roll - 3 laps.

Started strong, but towards end ran out of gas. Bit sore from double weekend sessions.
