TTK Fingers on top - 20reps each hand
Hammer Curls.
1/2 York 50 - tossed and swung around.
1/2 York 80 - 3 sets 5reps full Deadlifts
Left - 1/2 York 80 + 5lbs - 3 sets - Concentrated on just getting off the floor a few inches.
Right - Blobette - 3 sets adding PlateMates - same as above.
Did not go 100%. To easy to overwork these.
Towel Rollups - 2 doubled towels - 10lbs - 8 laps
TTK x60 each hand - fingers on top.
Fast paced workout.
