Weekend - 9/26 - 9/27

Same workout both days. Hitting high numbers of dips and chins before workout. Saturday
worked in 5 foot 5/8 inch chains around neck.

Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching with chain.
Left - Grippers - wide set (1.5 inches to 1.75 inches)
Levering
Titan's Telegraph w/ thumb and last 2 fingers.
Tore right thumb Sunday.

We've found that trying to smoosh down to the parallel set, leaves a tiny margin of error, that is enough to miss the squeeze.

As we predicted months ago, it looks like JBK will be selling his DVD through the Fictional group. Something else we won't buy. ;)
