Hit grip every day this week except for Friday.
Many chins/dips. Draped 2 5 foot 5/8" chains around neck for both movements.
Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching. Have been working in overcrushes at top of movement the past couple of weeks. Along with the Titan's (thumb and last 2 fingers only) have noticed a big improvement. Just need to coddle front delt tweak.
Left - Grippers - wide sets. Staying in 4 to 6 rep range.
Levering
Titan's Telegraph - thumb and last 2 fingers. Control and deliberate-ness is key here.
