YMCA - Circuit - free weights, Hammer Machines and Cybex. Was a mess going in. Too much of the grog this weekend. Felt good on the way out though.

Continued with 2x45Yorks - Single Hand deadlifts with Jumpstretch miniband deload. 5 sets - 3-5 reps. Added Platemates here and there.
