I watched "The Iron Grip" DVD 4 times yesterday. Well worth it.
2x45York Plate Passes - 2 sets. How is it that I can do deliberate passes and high pull with my right hand and as soon as I place them on the floor, my head takes up residence in my rectum?
Broke out a JumpStretch mini band and setup a deload area for the 45's. Worked 4 sets of 5 - full deadlifts each hand. Carefully paying attention to grip/hand positioning (get the DVD). Right Hand worked up to +15lbs in Platemates?.? :O
The past few days have been a low point. But I may have found the ticket out.
