4 hours sleep last. I got obsessed with some work shit.
Everything felt a bit awkward.
Reverse Hypers, 45degree hyper extensions, Trap Bar Deadlifts, Romanians, Shrugs w/ Apollons' axle - all for a lotta reps. Feel the burn.
Grip Training
2 Hand Pinch - 2x45Yorks +Weight - 4 sets of 2. Bumped up into the 90+% range. Solid reps, but difficult to concentrate.
Right Hand - 2x45 - Index taps and holds - 8 singles w/ +1.25lbs PlateMates. Great hang time.
Left - dynamic thumb w/ #5 Tug
Skipped overcrush. Will hit some dynamic thumb and Armory Forearm Blaster later.
Time to get over this fucking mental block.
Spent a few minutes trying to figure out the best spot for the camera.
