Thursday - 4/26

530AM

Rained all night. Everything slick and cold.

Reverse Hyper, 45 degree hyper. Worked in Trap Bar Deadlifts and Romanians in between each grip set.

Grip Training

1 Hand Plate Pinch - 2x45Yorks - Miniband deload - 9 sets, 1-2 reps per set. Added Platemates. A good guesstimate would be that I'm a pound or so off. The closer you get the harder it gets. ;)

Fooled with Titan's and Tug #6 and Tug #7. Working top 2 and bottom 2 fingers.
