Cellar was cold and damp, tough to warmup, even with space heater.
1 Hand Plate Pinch - 2x45Yorks - Miniband deload - 6 sets, 1-2 reps. Added Platemates. Stands are adjusted all the way down. Slowly clawing back. Also tried the Horne Ramp drag using a piece of Pergo. Plates got airborne then dropped on Pergo and cracked it.
