Reverse Hyper, 45 degree hyper. Worked in Trap Bar Deadlifts and Romanians in between each grip set.

Grip Training

1 Hand Plate Pinch - 2x45Yorks - Miniband deload - 9 sets, 1-2 reps per set. Added Platemates. Bit of improvement, but Groggy this morning. Tough to focus.
