Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers, trap bar deadlifts, Romanians. Started working in sets between grip work to get volume up.

1 Hand Plate Pinch - 2x45Yorks - Miniband deload - 9 sets, 1-2 reps per set. Added Platemates. A few ounces better than yesterday. The key now is to not fuck things up again.

May have closed the #7, left - top 2 fingers. I felt it, but my arm was outstretched and could not see. Oh well.
It saddens us to now see Steve Justa being pushed by the Fictional Hand Group. We can probably safely ascertain that the filled Bulgarian refuse sacks have not been a hit. ;)
