Left - Grippers - Focus on 1.5 to 2 inch range.

This Past Week
Finally 2 days without rain.
Managed to work in high volume of chins and dips this week.
Grip Training
Right - Pinch is on vacation and thumb web fucking torn to the bone. Deloaded with light plate pinching and high rep Titans.
Left - Crush - Grippers and Go Really. Working wide sets and 1" sets. Steadily coming back.
Started high rep levering this week.
Off to get poison ivy killer and a box of wine.

Right - Plate pinching - Tweak makes this twice as hard as it should be. Hand just "shuts off"
Left - Go Really/Strap Holds w #3. Sore, but slowly improving.

Usual reverse hypers/45 degree hypers/many chins/many dips + chains and weight belt.
Right front delt and elbow acting up.
Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching. Struggle, tweak in right delt seemed to shut arm off. Oh well. Did what I could.
Left - Go Really, #3 strap holds

Hopefully shoulder clears up for tomorrow.
