Chinups/Dips with 5/8" chain tossed around neck. High volume.

Grip Training

Right - Plate Pinching + 5/8 inch chains
Left - Go Really, strap holds w/#3 , reps with lighter grippers. starting to come back
DB concentration curls with Tyler Grips
