Grip Training

Left - Plate pinching + chains (5/8 inch chains attached with magnets)- Backed off on weight. Need to deload/recycle
Right - Go Really Grip - Strap Holds with #3 Ironmind gripper
DB Hammer curls with Tyler grips

No shoulder issues today.
