Did basically same workout on Tuesday.
Entire callous came off in one big flake on right thumb yesterday. It had same structure as a big toenail.
Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching with chains. Right delt "tweak", worked through it.
Left - Grippers - wide set. Bit fatigued, but slowly improving.
