Grip Training

Right - Plate Pinching - Shoulder steadily getting better.
Left - Credit Card Attempts on #3. Steadily improving on groove. Holds/Negatives on Go Really machine. If a credit card was 1-7/8s inches, I'd be done. ;)

DB wrist curls with fat dumbbell.
