COOLLD
Every joint SORE.

Many Dips. Added resistance by draping 5/8 inch chain through dip belt.
Tried chins. Tie-ins sore. Skipped.

Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching w 45's.
Left - Credit card work.
Wrist curls with fat dumbbell
