Weekend - 1/16 - 1/17

7AM start Saturday and Sunday
Many chins on Saturday before grip.
Dips on Sunday before dips. Used 8 5/8" chains draped through Spud belt for resistance.

Grip Training

Right - Plate Pinching w/ 45's + Platemates and Chain.
Left - Grippers - Credit card work. Becoming believable. Need to keep pinky off gripper to start.
