Hit it on Tuesday and Thursday. Too tired and pissed off to post.

Between Thursday and continuing this morning got hammered with snow. Wrestling with snow blower and shovel took its toll. Will treat as GPP. ;)

Hit dips and chins before grip. Dips - weight + chain. Fairly impressive.

If used wrong, it will just feel like a fat dumbbell. The instructions that come with it are clear.
