Dip muscle sore.

Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching w/45's + chain + platemates
Left - Credit card gripper work
Wrist curls with Holle it up dumbbell. Pay attention to proper positioning with this.
If used wrong, it will just feel like a fat dumbbell. The instructions that come with it are clear.
