Started with Dips + 5/8" chains draped through dip belt, 8 chains, lotta reps per set.

Grip Training
Right - Plate pinching w/45's + 3/8" chain + platemates.
Left - Credit card set work. Off kilter today.
Fat DB wrist curls. Steady improvement.
