Saturday Workout 11/12

YMCA
Shoulder Rehab
Hammer lat pulls - 5 sets working toward heavy weight.
Cable pulls - 5 sets medium weight
Shoulder Press, Hammer Lateral, Hammer Press - giant set - 2 cycles.
Light Arms
Abs

I may have set a PR on that Lat machine.
I don't want to say too much, or some may demand video proof. ;)
