Sunday Workout - 11/20

Apollon' Axle Upright rows - 83x10 103x10 123x10 143x10 173x6 183x6
Not balls to the wall, left some in tank.
Fooled around with 1/2 York 80 and Blobette. Blobette filled to 40lbs. The blobette is about 1/8+" wider than Blob50.
Homemade Formulator extensions - 10x15 15x20

Forearms were a bit sore going in, overall I feel a bit beatup. I'm skipping grippers for a while, to get some of the aches out, and I'll just full around with the blocks.
