Tuesday Workout - 11/8

Lowerback ab rotation
Jumpstretch band should rehab.
Right Thumb knuckle is still swollen. Extension is coming back, but it is SLOW.
GRIP
Hands and forearms sore going into this one.
Block weights (all Yorks)
1/2 50, 1/2 75 , 1/2 80 - 5 full pulls each.
Tough getting warmed up.
Concentrate on breaking off floor 2" , additional weights are PlateMate magnets
Left 1/2 80 + 10 x3
Left 1/2 80 + 10-5/8 x3
Left 1/2 80 + 10-1.25 x3
Right BLOB50 +5/8 x3
Right BLOB50 +1.25 x3
Right BLOB50 +1.25+5/8 x3

Blob50 pulls were tough could not get hand positioned right. Most in the 1/2"+ range. That extra weight is murder.
