Saturday Workout 4/8

Went to work at 430AM
730AM
Lower Back ab circuit
Grip
1/2 York 80 - 3x5. First set hands cold. Could only manage popping it from floor.
Left - Blob50 - 3 sets 2 reps each. Managed a tad of air each rep. Finished each set with a long hold at top.
Right PDA Blobette - added some more lead - worked up to 5lbs of platemates. Managed some air.

Called it a day.
