Sunday Workout 4/9

7AM
Lower Back Ab circuit
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's axle - 10 sets 10 reps - fast pace.
Inverted Rows - feet elevated - 55lbs on chest - 5 sets - quick pace. Many reps.
1/2 York 80 - 3 sets 5 reps. Hands pumped from Apollon's. Tough getting started.
Left - Blob50 - worked up to 1.25lbs in platemates. 4 sets. Managed a couple of pops from floor each set. Finished with 1 long negative/hold per set.
Right - PDA Blobette - worked up to 5.625lbs. Got some air every set.
12lb sledge to rear - used platemates each set.
Fat Brookfield stick
Worked with ax to front.
