Sunday Workout 5/14

7AM
Lower Back ab circuit
Upright rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 5 sets 12-20 reps. Added weight each set, stopped short of failure. Solid
Seated DB hammer curls - 2.5" - 4 sets.
These DESTROY the lower arms.
Piddled with 1/2 York 80 for 15 minutes and worked light levering in between.
Hands still hosed. Tough to type.
