Tues Workout - 5/2

Lower Back ab circuit
Levering with Long Ax - 4x10 each front lever, more like a big hammer curl, and rear lever. Hands pumped up fast.
Fooled with Blob40 and Blob50. Bit fatigued, but not bad.
