Rope Face Pulls - 5x12
Smith Press -> Hammer Seated Press -> laterals - 3 passes
Fooled around with hammers curls in between stuff. I handled a pair of dumbbells
that I have not touched in probably 1-1/2 to 2 years. Not bad.
Triceps Pushdowns
Reverse curls.
