Grip Training - Have just been doing general stuff the past few days. Right thumb webbing is healed but the "stinging" is pretty harsh with any pressure on it.
We are going to go out on a limb here and predict that NO ONE NEW will IronMind certify on the #4 gripper for the remainder of the year.
