Continuing to hit many pullups and dips. Great warmup for grip. Weight is still slowly coming off.

Right - Concentrating on plate pinching.
Left - Go Really/Hardy/Grippers. I hate fucking crush. Left middle finger base knuckle still "tweaky"
but getting better.
Titan's - Both hands
We are not surprised to see IM jump the shark and incoherently, publicly denigrate a steady customer because they questioned the quality of a recent gripper purchase. We saw the cheese slipping off the cracker when they ran the Milo Brookfield article, with the photo spread of him dumping ice water on his head while wearing nothing but boxer shorts.
Grip has reached the level of 2 Girls 1 Cup. ;)
