Grip training

Right - Plate pinching w/45's. Same protocol. Delt is firming up, thumb web is still resilient.
Left - credit card work with grippers. This is a pain in the balls.

We just reviewed the results from the Gripmas contest. The numbers are incredible. Jedd's Official 2 hand pinch record of 256+  just set the benchmark for the next decade. So much for the beliefs of the "old guard" that there is no legitimacy to the so called "backyard contests".

We eagerly await following the 2 Hand Pinch record's ascent to 270.
