Wide/Block pinch is still shot. Between the dumbbell hammers and the double session on Tues, I am toast.
Saw the Brookfield "Plate See-Saw" in John Brookfield's Grip Tip at IRONMIND.
If they move it look around, it is worth it.
Started with a 10lb plate, then did 5 sets of 10 with a York 25. These are brutal.
High rep Ax levering - 25 reps front (+3.125lbs platemates), 25 rep rear (+5lbs platemate)
Called it quits. Thumbs need a break.
