Lower Back/Ab warmup. Also abs/stretching between each set.
1/2 York 80 - 2 sets 4 reps each hand.
PDA Blobette - Left - sets of three, peaking at 1.875lbs platemates.
Right - same as above - working up to +5lbs Platemates. Concentrating on breaking a few inches from ground.
Tough session. Still a bit sore from Sunday. It is a grind coming back.
