Seated DB Hammers w/ 2.5" dumbbells - worked up to 80+lbs. These are thumb and hand destroyers. Starting to feel solid.
1/2 York 80 - 3 sets 3 full dl's each hand.
1/2 York 80 - last 3 fingers and thumb. Worked up to 7.5lbs on left, 13-1/8 on right.
1/2 York 50 - index finger and thumb. 4 full dls each.
